Southwest-style Chicken

I'm truly excited with this new product. I have been more than bored with my own salad creations. These have added zest and zing to my lunch menu.

I found them at WalMart on sale for $2.50 each. I had one Free coupon & 3 $1.00 off coupons and purchased all 4 flavors to try.

The first one I tried was the Southwest Style Chicken, it was fantastic. The beans, corn and tortilla chips with the zesty zingy chipotle dressing made this salad delicious!!! This is my favorite of them all by far!!

The second one I tried was the Cranberry & Chicken. I was not a fan of this one at all.  The cranberry dressing was watery and not enough, the veggie combination was not complimentary to any of it.

The third one I tried was the Bistro Chicken. I loved the asparagus and the tangy vinaigrette dressing with the chicken but was not liking how the cooking of the meat packet made the peppers slimy. It was very good just didn't like the peppers.

The fourth one I tried was the Asian-Style Chicken. YUMMY!!! This was a fantastic combination. I loved the pineapple, the edamame, the ginger flavored dressing and crispy noodles. This is another favorite of mine.

These are a fantastic creation. I think they could consider making the packaging smaller to fit in a lunch bag-the box was kind of big. I also think they should consider going back to the drawing board with the Cranberry & Chicken. They should also maybe consider, with some, a separate package of stuff that you shouldn't heat up like a blue cheese pack etc. There should be a vegetarian selection as well-all of these have the meat with the veggies in the heat pack-no way to separate them.

I'm very pleased with most of these. I love this idea!!!
